Returns and Refunds

At CozyCub, we stand behind the engineering of our comfort products. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy, here is how our return and refund process works:

1. 100-Night Sleep Trial (Mattresses)

We offer a 100-night trial on all CozyCub mattresses to allow your body to adapt to the orthopedic spinal support. Because it takes 3 to 4 weeks for muscles to adjust to corrected posture positions, returns can only be requested after thirty (30) days of usage from delivery.

To initiate a mattress return under the trial, the mattress must be free of stains, rips, punctures, or liquid damage. Returns are limited to one (1) mattress return per household.

2. Pillow Return Policy

Pillows and sleep accessories are eligible for returns within ten (10) days of delivery. To qualify for a return, pillows must be in original condition, unused, and in their original packaging.

3. Chair Return Policy

Our office and gaming chairs are covered under a ten (10) day return window. If you experience fitment or support issues, contact our support team. The chair must be disassembled and packed back in its original packaging with all components present.

4. Refund Timelines & Process

Once we initiate your return, we will arrange a reverse pickup at our own expense. Once the item is received and inspected at our warehouse, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days. Cash-on-Delivery (COD) orders will be refunded via bank transfer.
