Welcome to CozyCub. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the CozyCub website (the "Site"), including any purchases made on the Site. By using the Site, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

1. Accounts & Eligibility

To make purchases on the Site, you must be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction. You agree to provide accurate and complete registration and purchase information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

2. Orders, Pricing, and Payments

All prices listed on the Site are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at incorrect prices, or due to product unavailability. Payments are processed securely through our authorized payment gateways. You agree to pay all charges incurred under your account.

3. Sleep Trial & Return Terms

Our 100-night sleep trial is limited to one (1) mattress return per household. The sleep trial is designed to allow your body to adapt to the new orthopedic support system, which generally takes 3 to 4 weeks. Returns cannot be initiated before thirty (30) days of mattress usage. Detailed return terms can be found in our Refund Policy.

4. Intellectual Property

All content available on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of CozyCub or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without our prior written consent.

5. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal actions or proceedings arising out of these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Delhi, India.
